Kreston Thailand partnered with Regus to host “Business Setup in Thailand” a co-working space event held on 7 May 2026, at Spaces Empire Tower. The event covered what every foreign company must know before entering the Thai market.
The programme opened with a look at the Bangkok commercial real estate market and flexible workspace solutions for faster business entry, presented by Thitiwat Thanapornnithinan, Country Manager of International Workplace Group (IWG), and Janjira Kasemprakan, Sales Director of IWG.
Kreston Thailand speakers then covered the topics foreign investors face most often when setting up in Thailand. Bayani Lauraya, Managing Partner of Kreston Thailand, spoke on FDI and BOI trends in 2025 and opportunities for 2026. Pornthip Wongmanotham, Business Advisory Manager, covered compliance essentials for foreign businesses. Piyaporn Paitayatat, Legal Manager, addressed the current challenges newcomers face when entering the Thai market.
The event closed with a networking and open discussion session, giving attendees the chance to raise questions directly with the speakers.
